2. It's been 3 business days, and my furniture hasn't arrived. What's next?
Our sincere apologies for any delay. First, check the track & trace. Occasionally, customs may cause a slight hiccup. Give it one more day – in 95% of cases, it arrives. If not, after 3 business days and 2 extra days, let's talk, and we'll find a solution together.

3. Where's my furniture's track & trace code?
Once shipped, your track & trace code arrives within 8 hours. Double-check your spam folder – our emails might be hiding there. Keep in mind it may take a few days for your Track & Trace to activate.

4. How do I track my furniture order?
Utilize the Track & Trace number from the email we sent you. Enter it on our Track & Trace page to stay updated on your delivery's status.
