1. Placing an Order
Ordering furniture from Yuanjia's Lovely Corner is a straightforward process. Start by adding your desired product to your shopping cart on the product page. Click on the designated button, "Add to Cart."
Ensure that you've selected the correct variants, then proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the information page, input accurate address details. Verify the information and click "Proceed with Shipping."
The "Shipping" page allows you to double-check the entered address information, with the added perk that every shipment is delivered free of charge. Expressing our gratitude, we cover all shipping and delivery costs for our customers. Move forward by clicking "Proceed with Payment."
For payment, we offer various SSL-encrypted options, ensuring a secure payment environment. Choose from payment methods like PayPal, and after making your selection, click "Complete Order." You'll be directed to the secure payment environment of your chosen method, where you can follow the instructions to complete your order. If any issues arise, our team is ready to assist.
Shipping Costs
For large and heavy furniture or products weighing more than 23.13kg, we offer delivery to your front door. Delivery costs vary based on weight:
- Up to 99.99kg (per package max 24.99kg): $29
- 100kg to 500kg: $49
- 501kg to 2000kg: $89
- Heavier than 2000kg: $149

2. Shipping Your Order
After placing your order, you'll receive an email with a personal tracking code to monitor your package through our tracking partner. If you wish to expedite shipping, contact us by phone for assistance and advice from our service team.
3. Delivery of Your Order
Once your order arrives, you can relish in the beauty of your new furniture. In the rare event of issues, refer to our exchange or return page.
Defective Product?
If your product is damaged during transportation, we'll promptly send you a new package at no additional cost for the first occurrence. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund. Should the product arrive defective a second time, a full purchase price refund will be issued.
Package Lost?
In cases of a lost or undeliverable package for logistical reasons, we'll send a new package before initiating refunds and returns.
